Using Available Club Slips – TBYC Members

All Thunder Bay Yacht Club slips are pre-assigned annually, but a limited number may be available for daily/overnight use by members during launch, haul-out, and the boating season.

Key Rules:

  • Check the daily-updated slip list on the TBYC website before using any vacant slip.

  • No reservations – slips are first-come, first-served.

  • No guaranteed availability – check the list regularly, as you may need to move on short notice.

  • 3 free days per year – after that, $6/day will be charged.

  • Boats in unauthorized slips (including pump-out/mast/launch slips) will be moved, and the member invoiced.

  • Member contact will be attempted before moving a boat.
