Temple Reef has announced that the Amethyst Weekend will take place on August 13/14. Since the Silver Islet Race is no longer happing on August 14th there are no keelboat conflicts.

Schedule:

Friday:

Friday there is a picnic on Caribou, leaving Amethyst at noon. Most have sailed around Caribou many times, but hardly anyone has actually been on the island, which is a pity since it is so wonderful!

Saturday:

11am - Skippers Meeting at Amethyst Main Dock.

12noon -  Start of Race around Buck Island and Temple reef.

 2nd Race to follow back to back.

Evening BBQ Sauna at Ross and Nacy Baileys's

Sunday

Sunday 12noon start of race around Caribou Island. Awards to follow at Amethyst Main Dock.
