In accordance with the TBYC constitution today, 30 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) date, the TBYC executive are posting notice of motions that may affect the TBYC Constitution.  These motions are to be discussed and voted-on at the 2015 AGM, scheduled for Thursday, November 26th, 2015, 7:00PM at the Mission Island Clubhouse.

The motions can be found under the Documents menu of the TBYC member web-site (you must log-in to the site before you will have access to the Documents menu) and alternatively the motions can be found on paper, posted on the bulletin board of the TBYC Mission Island Clubhouse.
